I am a professional coach and founder of Hreska Coaching. I offer individual coaching in person and online for personal and professional development, coaching for companies, and coaching and mentoring for coaches.

Some come because something isn't working as they hoped. Others simply want to move forward.
Experience from work and life.
In over 20 years of professional work, I have worked in corporate environments, HR, social services and my own business.
I have worked internationally with people from different countries, cultures and professions. My experience spans Slovakia and projects abroad, including Italy, France, Belgium and the United States.
I have led projects, built communities, organised events and created environments where people could grow, develop their potential and want to stay.
What I bring to our conversations.
That path taught me that meaningful change grows from clarity, courage and the freedom to be yourself, not from pressure.
Today I bring all of those experiences into my coaching. My role is not to give you another set of instructions. I help you see a familiar situation from a different angle, notice what you may have missed and find your own way forward.
